This is an excellent product at an excellent price.

The 22% is the same stuff my dentist sells. My gums got sore bc I kept it on too long, so I had to skip a few days and let my gums heal up. Now I only use it for 30-45 min everyday and my teeth are whiter and my gums are fine. I used it on the top teeth first so I could see the color difference to make sure it was working and worth my money. I even talked to my dentist for more info bc the instructions do not tell you how often or how long to use it. (I guess this depends on your teeth). The crest whitening strips work pretty good. I notice a difference the first few times I used it, but the more I used them though the less difference I saw.

As far as the whitening tooth paste and mouth washes, they don’t seem to do anything at all.
