   Brushing your teeth after every meal will prevent your teeth from getting any worse. And of course keeping away from coffee, tea and smoking will help too.

   The crest whitening strips work pretty good. I notice a difference the first few times I used it, but the more I used them though the less difference I saw.

   As far as the whitening tooth paste and mouth washes, they don’t seem to do anything at all.

   What worked the best for me was this mail order stuff from teethwhiten.com, it worked really quickly. They had a free sample offer so you can try it out and see how it works for yourself.

   Here are some recent reviews for Ultra-white.com (They sell teeth whitening products) from Yahoo shopping:

   great website with all the info you need, excellent shipping, recieved product very fast. Better than other product I have used to include the gel pen which isnt that good

   This is an excellent product at an excellent price.

   The 22% is the same stuff my dentist sells. My gums got sore bc I kept it on too long, so I had to skip a few days and let my gums heal up. Now I only use it for 30-45 min everyday and my teeth are whiter and my gums are fine. I used it on the top teeth first so I could see the color difference to make sure it was working and worth my money. I even talked to my dentist for more info bc the instructions do not tell you how often or how long to use it. (I guess this depends on your teeth). My dentist told me to use it everyday for one week, then touchups every few months as needed. Overall I am happy with this product. …
