Crest white strips are simple to use by brushing the teeth, making sure they are dry, applying the strip onto the front of the teeth and wrapping the rest of the strip around to the back of the teeth. Wear Crest white strips for 20 to 30 minutes at a time with information from a dental technician in this free video on oral health. ok the sex comments are lame…for her sake I hope she doesn’t read them. Anywho…a good way to prevent getting a bunch of saliva on the strips when your using them is to lye back when your wearing them…this way the bleach wont get diluted before the 30 min is up.

How come the manual from the box says ‘It is best if you do not brush your teeth immediately before applying strips.’ then? Also, I can’t tell properly which side is the gel side. ._. is it the bumpy side pacing outward when you peel it off or the smooth side facing the plastic when you peel it off?

yeah i agree it is hydrogen peroxide, but it’s effect is a bleach. i’m not really sure if she’s qualified or anything, but you can’t really go wrong with them unless you use box after box, and that’s only what i’ve heard after some small research.
i cant wait to try them!

you can leave it on for however long you want. it loses its efficacy after a while due to the flow of saliva so there’s no danger in leaving them in too long. it’s not bleach. it’s hydrogen peroxide based. people tend to have that misconception. and composite restorations are meant to match the current color of you teeth. if you plan on having tooth colored fillings (composites) on front teeth you should always whiten first until you are happy with the shade.
